Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Aggressive Expansion LLC ("Aggressive Expansion," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit aggressive-expansion.marketing (the "Site"), contact us, or engage us for services.
The short version: We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies on this Site. We do not sell your personal information, and we never have. The only personal information we hold is what you send us directly — typically your name, email address, and details about your business.
1. Who We Are
Aggressive Expansion LLC is a limited liability company with its principal place of business at 1242 SW Pine Island Rd, Suite 42-348, Cape Coral, Florida 33991, United States. For any privacy matter you can reach us at [email protected].
For the purposes of the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation, Aggressive Expansion LLC acts as the controller of the personal data described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us
- Contact and inquiry data — your name, email address, phone number, company name, website, and anything else you choose to include when you email us or book a call.
- Scheduling data — when you book a strategy call, our scheduling provider collects the details you enter on its booking page.
- Client data — if you engage us, information necessary to deliver our services, including business, campaign, and billing details as set out in your service agreement.
Information collected automatically
- Server and security logs — our hosting and network provider records technical data such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and time of request in order to serve the Site and protect it against abuse.
- No cookies from us — this Site does not set analytics, advertising, or profiling cookies, and does not use Google Analytics, the Meta pixel, or comparable tracking technologies.
3. Third-Party Services
We keep the Site deliberately lean. The following providers process data on our behalf or in connection with the Site:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, content delivery, and DNS for the Site. Processes technical request data including IP addresses.
- Google LLC (Google Fonts) — typefaces on the Site are loaded from Google's font servers, which receive your IP address and browser information as part of that request.
- Google LLC (Google Workspace) — our business email. Messages you send us are stored in our mailbox.
- TidyCal — the booking page used for scheduling strategy calls, hosted on tidycal.com. Information you enter there is subject to that provider's own privacy policy.
- Advertising platforms — for clients, we operate accounts on platforms such as Google Ads. We access those platforms under the client's own account and platform terms.
4. How We Use Information
- To respond to your inquiry and to schedule and conduct strategy calls.
- To provide, manage, and improve the services you have engaged us for.
- To send you service-related communications, invoices, and reports.
- To operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site.
- To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent (for inquiries you initiate), the performance of a contract (for client work), our legitimate interests (to secure the Site and communicate with prospective clients), and legal obligations (for records we are required to keep).
5. We Do Not Sell Your Information
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose personal information only to the service providers listed above, to professional advisers such as our accountant or attorney where necessary, and where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
6. Data Retention
We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards. Client records are retained for the duration of the engagement and thereafter for as long as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. You may ask us to delete your data at any time, subject to those obligations.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to obtain a portable copy, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither), and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights.
Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), Florida (Florida Digital Bill of Rights), other U.S. states with comparable laws, and individuals in the EU, EEA, and UK (GDPR) may exercise these rights by emailing [email protected]. We will verify your request and respond within the period required by applicable law. If you are in the EU, EEA, or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
8. International Transfers
We operate from the United States, and our service providers are primarily U.S.-based. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection law may differ from that of your home country.
9. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect personal information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) across the Site, authenticated email with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, and multi-factor authentication on our business accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children's Privacy
The Site and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated by updating this page before the change takes effect.
